Keep separate books for each company, each with its own users, settings and PDF folder.

Other computers and phones in your office can use the same books safely, with permissions per user.

Automatic safety copies, backups to your computer or Google Drive, and checks that stop wrong entries.

Install it. If Windows says Windows protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.
Open SJMR Accounting, enter your licence key and set up your company.
